Visa application requirements submitted to respective institution:

Upon approval from the Malaysian Immigration Department, a STUDENT PASS LETTER OF APPROVAL will be issued from the Malaysian Immigration Department that, will be sent to you while you are still residing in your country.

A SPECIAL PASS (validity of 14 days) will be issued to you at the entry point in the form of an endorsement on your valid national passport.

Within 2-3 weeks of your arrival, the respective institution will submit your passport to the Immigration Department to affix the STUDENT PASS STICKER.

The Westminster International College (WIC) campus is located in a modern building in the well planned township of Subang Jaya. It is an ideal environment supported by good transport infrastructure. A Fitness Centre is located adjacent to WIC providing a full range of the latest gymnasiom facilities including a swimming pool.

Visa Requirement
The following categories of persons are eligible for Student Visa:

• A non-citizen enrolled on one or more programmes in a recognized tertiary educational institution or TVET institution to follow on a full-time basis specific modules for one semester or two, a course leading to a certificate or diploma for a duration of a least one academic year.
• A non-citizen enrolled in a recognized tertiary educational institution to follow full-time or part-time degree course at under-graduate level.
• A non-citizen enrolled in a recognized tertiary educational institution to follow full-time or part-time course at postgraduate levels (including Masters, MPhil or Doctoral level).
• A non-citizen carrying out post Doctoral research.
• A non-citizen coming to Mauritius on an exchange programme not exceeding one year with a recognized tertiary educational institution.
